About Dusty Horwitt
Dusty Horwitt is the attorney whose transparency work helped pass Colorado’s landmark PFAS ban in oil and gas wells, protected the Delaware River Basin from fracking, and has consulted on transparency laws in 16 states. His FOIA research exposed the widespread use of ‘forever chemicals’ in fracking operations and forced industry disclosure across multiple states.
