Breaking Down West Virginia v. EPA – Ohio River Valley Institute

As you’ve likely heard, the Supreme Court’s recent ruling on West Virginia v. EPA stands to limit the federal EPA’s ability to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from power plants and meet national climate goals.

But by how much? And what options does the ruling leave open? To answer these questions and shed light on the consequences of the Supreme Court’s decision, ORVI assembled a panel of legal experts for an advocacy-focused discussion and Q&A.
