Add an extensive fracking knowledge base to your website

Want to provide support for people impacted by fracking on your own website? Here’s a quick video explaining the fracking help center, how it works, and how to add it to your site.

Here’s an example of the embedded help center

It starts by inviting your website visitor to submit a ticket. This is the simplest way for people to get help and they don’t need to sort through the entire knowledge base. If they want to search the help articles, they can.

Here’s the code you need to add:

Simply copy and paste this into your website where you want the help center to appear.

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://s3.amazonaws.com/assets.freshdesk.com/widget/freshwidget.js"></script>
<style type="text/css" media="screen, projection">
@import url(https://s3.amazonaws.com/assets.freshdesk.com/widget/freshwidget.css);
</style>
<iframe title="Feedback Form" class="freshwidget-embedded-form" id="freshwidget-embedded-form" src="https://halttheharm.freshdesk.com/widgets/feedback_widget/new?&widgetType=embedded&submitTitle=Send+Question&submitThanks=Thanks+for+sending+a+question.+We'll+get+back+to+you+as+soon+as+possible.+&screenshot=no" scrolling="no" height="500px" width="100%" frameborder="0" >
</iframe>
