Helene also shares Ohio River Valley Institute’s Frackalachia Update Report to show how reliable data about the industry can be used as a starting point to craft an effective counternarrative to the industry’s jobs growth frame with just a little bit of general knowledge about rhetoric and a good understanding of the audiences you are appealing to.
